O WE DONT LIKE TA BE BESIDE THE SEASIDE
the location of the hotel was excellent very close to everything i was happy with my room nice bathroom and clean with a great view of sea and tower,
the receptionist was extremely unfriendly infact i'd say rude, the once grand hotel is now very tired and much in need of a refurb but i suppose passible for the money[although happy with my room] the bed was possible the hardest matteress ive ever known in my life and was thinking that alone must lose the hotel many non returning guests, was there 3 nights 2 were quiet and fine the last which was a wednesday was a nightmare drunks shouting in the early hours someone banging on my door and wouldn't go and to finish off the fire alarm went off so definitely won't be back or fact to blackpool either quite frankly im better than that,

Location was great. Room was tired/dingy but sheets clean and bed comfortable enough. Acceptable for a one night 'need a place to crash'.
Parking was completely full due to illuminations (which we didn't realise was on) - they don't have enough parking for rooms and the parking was why we had booked it. Luckily a paid parking structure about a 5 min walk away. Room was clean enough but definitely tired. No wifi or phone reception in our lower level room, but working tv. Shower pressure abysmal for hot water.
